Macports have released the official dmg file for lion: https://distfiles.macports.org/MacPorts/MacPorts-2.0.0-10.7-Lion.dmg
Do you need the X-11 and Xcode installs as well? I know Xcode is on the App store now, but not sure where to find X-11 for lion.
